We do geocache. If that isn't available you can Google nature scavenger hunt and look for the plants trees birds etc. My son is 7 and he is a bikeaholic. We trail ride alot. I let him help with splitting wood anf setting up the fire. He isn't allowed to play with it once it is lit though...

Intersted in some more info about that Club Cab Dodge following you. My son is 7. He absolutely loves the outdoors. He loves camping and biking. It all started by just taking him to the wilderness. Keeps me smiling everytime we go.

Sorry to hear that. I took a look at that area on the map. There are a few good 4x4 trails there. Negro Hollow to be one of them. It is overall lacking as compared to the southern section but does have some things to see. Hope you can get out there soon.

Purple Lizard posted today that they are out revising the Moshannon/Quehanna map. They moved the release from June to July. Hope to get the map soon. I am ready to go explore this section of PA

I really can not tell what your map is showing. But I do see where you are at. The day use map would give a better route than what I see. I am not sure what you are showing, but I am familiar with that area. Unfortunately, my maps are in the truck and i just got ready for bed.
