By the early 2000s most full size trucks got rid if the manual option. My 99 has the 5 speed and 3 pedals only shot of the wonderful manual selector I have on my phone (man I miss that dog) By 2009 the only RAM to have a manual was behind a Cummins. 2018 was the last hoorah for the manual...

Yes there is. An interesting fact about the roads here. Alot of them dead end at the rivers. Not many bridges over the rivers. On the route I made...only 3 places to make the crossing. A very interesting topographical finding.

There are many places in pa that sell them...not so sure about near the Jersey border. Outfitters, off road shops, bike shops and book stores in my area have them. There shipping is so quick for me that I order it today and get it tomorrow. I live near where they ship them...and it is cheaper...
