The perfect one is different for each person. The perfect one for me is the one in my sig. I designed it exactly for what I wanted, pretty much no corners cut. But as we all know, our needs/wants are constantly changing. I am always looking at my next mod.
The moral of the story is, get...
I carry a 12 ton bottle jack with air assist. I just slide it under, connect it to my onboard CO2, press the button and its up. I then use the CO2 to run my impact. You would be surprised how handy an impact and air ratchet can be on the trail.
The problem with that is that eggs are refrigerated at the producer any more. We had 4000 caged laying hens, we gathered, washed graded, boxed, then refrigerated. The washing does the most harm. It removes the protective layer.
I forget what state it is down south but it is littering to leave anything on the side of the road, except chicken feathers. When transporting chickens, the stress causes them to lose feathers and it would be impossible to transport chickens for slaughter.
Why bother. Eggs keep for 3-4 week in a fridge. I bet less than one in a thousand people on here will every be totally away from civilization for a month at a time. If so, you are going to be eating out of a can or sticking to beans and rice. Eggs do quite well at room temp for a week or better.
I use a cheap HF battery tender. If I don't have AC close and the vehicle is outside, I use a cheap solar setup. You only need about 50ma for most rigs to keep everything charged. Any charge greater than an amp or two can degrade the battery over time.
you know the old joke about how to tell Grizzly scatt from black bear scatt... black bear is full of berry seeds and smells sweet. Grizzly has little brass bells in it and has the distinct smell of hot peppers.
Just for chuckles after looking at your work...I bet your wife has called you a pain in the ass perfectionist, but in the same breath said...but you do nice work. :grinning:
In the rock crawling crowd, these are normally called cutting brakes.
You can't use them on a vehicle with rear lockers unless they are selectable and are turned off. Lockers are way more helpful than cutting brakes on anything short of an all out offroad crawler.
