I need your Winter Camping Tips

Yes, propane is moist. That's why propane bbq's rust out quicker than they should. I would thoroughly dry out your tent once back home. Your tent poles will likely stick together a bit. I think Oztent's all have aluminum poles though so that's good. Be VERY careful with any plastic pieces...

Best Bang for Buck Overland Rig

Me being the toyota fan that I am I would get an old 4runner. The logic behind that is that there is aftermarket support and the oem parts are typically good quality too.

    OB Approved Chain Saws

Hell, I just wish I could wash chain oil off things, lol. I ruined a good pair of cargo pants this past year.... didn't realize the oil cap wasn't secure on the saw... luckily I stopped after a few cuts and looked at the saw and saw the cap swinging and the oil all over my pants... lol. The...

Best Bang for Buck Overland Rig

It's taking quite a while for the used prices to drop on the FJ60's... lowest I've ever seen (and I'm always watching) was around $12k and that was an oddity. Typical is 15-20k for a very high mileage one.

    OB Approved Chain Saws

I don't feel that having one of those little things of oil for mixing in gas is a bit issue for me... For me it's the chain oil... that's messy as hell. I have the gerry can that has 2 sides to it... one for gas and one for the chain oil. Does anyone else have something different for the chain...

Dumbest thing you've done while working on your vehicle...

Not my vehicle, but a work vehicle (minivan).... loss of all power and appears to have stalled. I limp it over to the curb and pop the hood. Lots of traffic noise around..... I've never touched a vehicle that had the engine sideways. I lean over the engine to see what the problem is and...

    Airing down with Snow tires?

Ahhh... I would maybe go down a few lbs max then... I see you have studded snow tires so I think you'll be doing just fine.... on surfaces you have enough clearance to tackle that is.

    Airing down with Snow tires?

Ahhh... offroad! Yes! I air down even more offroad in the deep stuff..... around 15 psi. You really need to be able to spread as much weight out as possible.
