Keep in mind if you get a winch you will likely need to get a steel front bumper (unless you get the hidden winch option) and that would require an upgrade in suspension to accommodate the weight. You may want to consider that anyway for the weight of the winch.
I see you are are already...
No kidding eh? I've seen some pretty wide eyes and big smiles when I showed them the benefits of airing down.
Oh and here's my tire... pretty damn sure that if it was aired up when I was wheeling in those sharp rocks I would have had a sliced sidewall.
Notice all the cuts near the white...
LOL... ok.
When you are offroad and go up against a sharp rock with a fully inflated tire you'll change your tune... never mind the obvious comfort factor for you and everything in your vehicle.
I was just wondering if you could open up that section and connect a normal female connector there... You may have the flush mount rather than this one below but the internals will be the same.
Here it is.... I might be able to find mine tomorrow.....
Oh wait... that's for the male connector!..... you need the female one. Hmmmmm.
I wonder if you can open it up and detach that piece???
Too bad your fridge doesn't have that connector... it's great.
I would contact ARB and get the other connector. That little end unscrews and the "normal" type can replace it easily.
I'll dig around and see if I can find mine.....

So after beating on my A pillars and having my FM antennae ripped off.... I finally constructed some limb risers!! :rocker:
I sacrificed my shovel mount from my roof rack. It was using Fourtrex mounts and quick fists.
We bored out the quick fists so they would fit the larger ARB bar.
I...
[EDIT: Aug. 18.... I'll be around in the area for a few days though....]
I'll be in Calgary on the above.
Would anyone be interested in doing some offroad exploring and/or possibly an overnight stay out in the mountains?
My first taste of 4x4'ing was in the Waiparous and Ghost River area and...
What I found to be the most beneficial reason of carrying fuel is the fact that I can actually use my whole tank on my FJ now. Previously I always erred on the side of caution and filled up before it was at the 1/4 tank mark. I push it to the next gas station now, knowing I can pull over...
Mounting options - I needed a better storage option than the big gerry I had on the roof.
Storing options - they take up very little space on end up on a top shelf... one day I may put a mount on my wall in my garage
Handling - they are very nice to be able to handle. With handles essentially...
