I have to admit, it's not often I can have my bed loaded this soon before a trip. I think I've told you before that I tend to get home on the Friday of at about 4 PM and have to unload the thing first. This is refreshing, but I don't doubt that I will forget...something.
The great thing about meeting up with folks, someone will have it!

I don't plan on having my own fire, but I'd like to contribute some firewood if it's needed, I'll plan on throwing in a bundle. Just thought of that after seeing @maktruks loadout. Haha, that's not gonna happen til Friday am for me. 9 lbs of crap in a 5 lb bucket...

@fj80toyman extra firewood! Cool.

I don't know what to expect in terms of number of rigs could be 5, could be 30. It is dispersed camping, and the sites are fairly small (though open and scattered), so I can imagine us having a few fires/camps sites. We'll just play it by hear depending on the number of folks etc. More wood is better :)

I just went to my local guy that I buy from every year because I know the cost of firewood near any kind of camping goes through the roof. Those orange bags (like the one in my bed leftover from last outing) from Pacific Firewood run $12 a bundle in some places, that's about 5x what I pay for a chunk of wood from my guy.

Also, there's a lot more there than appears to be, that's why I asked if I was the only one in a pickemup truck.

We can change the rally point to Los Banos too, fine by me. Unless Stoney and NXS really want to keep that hour and a half.

At this point I'll be lucky to boil water lmao. Tried to open the popup for jetboil and coffee percolator and the lift mechanism snapped.

Luckily, I have Grilliput.

Due to work needs, I will not be making it out to the rally. I am sorry guys but I hope I can make the next one. Thanks again for the invite.
