Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
1987 Chevy S10 4x4. Bought it at 15 years old for $1300, rebuilt the 2.8 v6 in it and ran the piss out of it. Took it through the Hoosier National Forest every weekend for fishing and paintballing. Sadly, I don't have a pic of it, but it was my first vehicle. It was a complete POS, but a lot...
Good to hear man! I've got some of the XWT clothing from Cabelas and have been extremely happy with them for winter camping. How's the tent to setup? Avg time for setup once used to it?
Hopefully it's fixed for you. I guess i'll just start uploading to the site since it doesn't seem to play well with Google Photos. I was trying my best not to use this sites bandwidth though.
Nice collection @NorthStar96 ! Once the Coleman kicks the bucket i'll prob order one of these: Malamoo X-Tra
I'd also love to grab the Oztent RV5 but it'll take me awhile to get over the initial cost.
Pretty obvious conversation per the thread title.
Whats your favorite tent?
Style of tent, brand of tent, etc?
How long have you used said tent?
I currently rotate between between two ground tents. For when my family is with me I use our Eureka! Copper Canyon 6 which is a large enough base...
It might have been mentioned in the thread already, but a couple of item that we stock in our boxes.
Long Lighters (2x)
Fire Starter logs - these work wonders in wet environments to get something to take off and are compact in size to fit anywhere.
Lint - this is free, and if you do laundry as...
It doesn't appear that I've put my rigs up in this thread. I'm sure a lot of you have seen it by now.
Running Land Between the Lakes with our recent group outing. Slid off sideways and needed the assistance of a MAXAS traction board to pop out of the slop rut.
One of the many creek...
Thanks man! I hope they turn out great. I didn't want anything to do with distribution or sales of them since I have a newborn due in a couple weeks. My other group used this guy before and his work was quality on those "Indiana Overlanders" decals.
If its anything like last year, camping there would be a lot of fun...that is if you dont mind camping around a lot of people. That being said there is plenty of space where your tents aren't on top of each other.
Glad to hear that about the MC MXT. I've been thinking about those as well for my Tundra. Mastercraft are made by Cooper, so you at least have that quality going behind them. Mastercraft are also extremely popular here in Indiana. I've yet to run their mud tires, but I've ran their A/Ts on a...
Not what vehicle you run, but we are using the Toyota All Weather in our 4Runner (because it came with them). I have the WeatherTechs in my Tundra and the rear fitment leaves a lot to be desired. At least in the Tundra scene, the Husky liner rear seating mat tends to fit better.
I'm with you on being lazy... I've had the parts to extend my diff breathers for months now and still haven't gotten around to it. Partially due to it raining non stop for the last couple of months and secondly because i'm just lazy :P Been through too many water crossing though. I need to...
