Discharge/charge it to 40% and store in a cool place. If you store it at 100%, you could lose 20% of full capacity in a year. If stored at 40%, the capacity loss is only 4%. Also, keep it dry, so an airtight container with a desiccant may help.

First time at an Expo - we got the Experience package so there is that option as well. How much room is available to make camp? Is there room to push out the awning and set up a T4 Plus? Or will it be vehicle width and a standard T4?

If you use soap to clean the surface of a highly polished cast iron or carbon steel skillet, and let the finish build a molecule at a time, the Skottle is great and will work just the same. If you use pebble-finished Lodge stuff, avoid soap, and build up a layer of hardened crud to smooth out...
