Nice. I was considering the pelican cases as a solution being they come in all shapes and sizes. I'd just hate to ruin their waterproofness by drilling through them to attach to the roof. Yeah, I could strap them, but solid connections give me peace of mind when I'm away from the rig.

What are your thoughts on the color of fuel cans that would be exposed to direct sunlight on the roof of the rig? Looking at some quality NATO jerry cans, red or green would be a natural choice but black would match the my rig better. As we all know black absorbs sunlight / heat. Think...
