Here's my 2007 K2500HD Silverado. I've been adding/changing things over the last 10 years. I've always kept a Jack-of-all-Trades mindset for it. It has been my daily driver/ work horse since I bought it new. When I got heavy into Motorcycles and they became my primary transportation I went...
Did you ever pick one? I rode a mongoose I got at wally world lightly for a couple years, then moved up to a Specialized rock hopper. But I went cheap to start as I have a lot of hobbies and wasn't sure if I would get enough use out of it.
I got back into biking a few years ago. Bought a $100 mongoose at Walmart to cruise around the block with my wife. But I missed the single tracks, so I found a Specialized Rockhopper on sale. I've ridden it in CA, OR, TX, and IL. Oregon is probably my favorite so far. This pic is a greenway...

I put a set of the Wardens (BFG A/T) on a 04 1500 chevy crew. We had actual A/Ts on there before. until we had a leveling kit put on the truck and the shop didn't align the front. So after a couple long trips the fronts were shot and we needed tires NOW. We ran them for 40k miles before we sold...
