You're going to want to reinforce of replace the factory bumper mounting plates, a friend of mine almost pulled his off. Heres what I did to fix it.
Eventually we were going to replace the lower cross brace with 2x4x.25 wall tubing and add bumper mounts off that as well
Also I think that there should be a master fabricator badge for guys that do things like IFS to SFA conversions or weld on IFS suspension kits themselves or or similarly fabrication heavy projects
Its pretty easy to do. For now I just have the Garmin Topo maps but plan on getting the Alberta and BC Backcountry maps as they are much more detailed, as well as the Garmin City Navigator maps both should just drop in and work with this unit. For trip planning I find the Basecamp program easier...
Did a quick brake upgrade tonight. Threw in a set of Carbotech pads front and rear. The front pads are their XP20 compound and the rears are XP12's. I can now lock all 4 tires up with ease, where as before with the stock pads it would just blow through them which in some situations was a little...
