    1999 K2500 Suburban

I had a 1994, the 2 door model, so it was the k1500 Blazer. Silverado was still a top trim level. I was working on the water pump when that tensioner pulley bolt broke. Nothing, nowhere was available so I cobbed something up. I'm STILL sorry I let that thing go. 30 gallon gas tank...

    1999 K2500 Suburban

There was a time those serpentine tensioner pulleys for GMT 400's were no available in dealerships anymore and not yet available at auto zone

Didn't mean that in a purjoritive sense. Every solution here may or may not work for some or others. If I were a long distance traveler with just me and the dog, a lot, I probably would do exactly as you have. K9 does it for a reason.

With a name like New YORK, beats me why it isnt included in New England. Maybe because the city took on a life of its own, so it disowned puny Boston and everything associated with it. I've been through some of the Adirondacks and Lake George area - lived not too far from it. Beautiful area...

Long live the GMT 400 line!

That's pretty cool. Dont take this the wrong way but not everyone wants to be like a K9 officer. I sometimes have my dog with me, and other times just human passengers, so I'm not putting a professional K9 officer style cage in the back seat, but I have seen something similar for hunting dogs...

    Dog Gone, Camping

I'm of a similar mind. Always had dogs as a kid. There was a long stretch after my parents divorce I had to move to the city and did not have a dog. Finally got a dog again and eventually moved away from the city. If I cant take my dog, i dont want to go. And I've been to many national...

    Dog Gone, Camping

I have a Kurgo Tru-Fit harness for Scout, and a back seat bench cover. The harness can either connect around the seatbelt itself or click into the seatbelt receiver, depending which tether you have. I got both so I can do either. As you said, the front seat is no place for a dog when the...

    Dog Gone, Camping

He's picking out his lines ahead of time, scanning the horizon for critters and playing the "what if..." game in his head. If ONLY he could get his paws on the owner's manual for this thing, he might learn how to drive and head out on his own

None of those is in New England. Not a one. Guest: being among the 13 original colonies and instigators of the Revolution, New England is one of the most populous regions in the US. Try areas in the White Mountains of NH in the area of Lincoln, Ossipee, and North Conway and Tamworth area...

    Resolved Mechanical Breakdown

Do the '98's have coil packs? I know the 99 WJ had them. If you do, and one or more is old and cracked... Air?

    Northern Lights

Was excited when I read the Borealis might be seen even in Virginia. Thought for sure central Mass would see them this time. Too much cloud cover

    Anchors to secure drawer?

J-hook turnbuckle like pickup truck cross-boxes use? To what are you securing the drawer?

    Protecting leather from rain

Nice work...looks like there's hope for my old Mossberg 500 that rubbed against the diamond deck tool box. Looks kind of like the top picture

    Rig + Equipment

Nice truck. I've been a Chevy guy since I could drive but the last 5 years or so I've been in a GMC Sierra and I cant see myself switching back. @Alanymarce seem to know what they are doing and been everywhere. I like they added compass and tire repair. I have the NOCO pack and a Ryobi...
