Pulled the lunchbox locker out of the D35 (Previous owner installed) and installed a new set of open diff spider gears.

Thanks to @J_Walker1977 I got my rear seat delete built and installed!!
This was a project that hit multiple road blocks. Starting with just getting the seat out. My 18mm deep socket is buried in storage somewhere, so I used a box end to break them and a crescent to get them off, then realized I have to remove the 40% seat to get the 60% out. So finally, I borrowed a deep socket 18mm. It was at this point that I realized I left the 3 nuts I had already taken off on the tailgate the other day. So I called the stealership to see what the maximum I would have to pay to replace them would be. $12.50 per nut!!! Then I found a wrench-a-part about 5 miles from my house. It was a $2 entrance fee. I found the nuts in the 1st veh I looked in, and they cost me $0.25 each. Take that Bastrop Ford!!! So disaster averted I began planning the new insert. 3-4 versions later, I settled on something I was pretty happy with, and @J_Walker1977 offered me his shop to build it. A few minor hiccups and design alterations later, and I've got a solid new cabinet sitting where my 60% rear seat used to sit. It breaks down into a few parts with a total of 16 screws and 2 nuts.
The drawer was his handiwork because of a design oversight on my part. But I like it better this way.
This is stage 1. I'm going to live with it for a while and see what I like and don't like. Stage 2 will give it paint or stain, and a slide out for the fridge, as well as any other changes I realize I'm in need of.
As luck would have it, the solar panel fits on the passenger side like it was designed that way (it wasn't). So a bungee will get installed to hold it in place.
(Excuse the loose tools in the floorboard I hadn't gotten them all put away and was losing light for the pictures)

While getting gas, a guy came up and asked about the cargo rack. We talked for a bit, I introduced him to OB and invited him to next week's monthly meet.

Finally got around to installing the molle panels nd shelf I bought for the 4Runner. Definitely helps with organizing....now I just need to clean and organize
Decided to go with a softer tire this year for winter so dismounted and mounted a few tires

New light assembly's and LED's
I designed the Bumper and brush guard to fold forward for access. I did not make the brush guard.

Not today but 2 days ago I replaced the worn out OEM seats in the YJ with Corbeau MOABs. I was hoping that they would work without fuss on the factory seat brackets. The passenger side works great but the driver's side while they bolt to the stock brackets/rails sits far too high in the thigh area so unless you are Olympic runner skinny it's a very tight squeeze between the wheel and the seat unless you have a tilt wheel but even then you sit quite a bit higher than the stock seats. I went ahead and bit the bullet and ordered the Corbeau bracket, which supposedly fixes this issue. Considering they claim these are purpose made for the likes of the CJ5/6/7/8 and YJ I feel they make them this way, so you have to buy their brackets. But that may be the tin foil talking. New bracket comes in today, but I'm at work so won't get to mess with it until tomorrow.

Some friends and us drove to Kerrville on Friday afternoon so we could watch the eclipse Saturday. Then we took them on their first trip through the real Hill Country down to Medina.

We did the same. Drove down to the Oregon/Nevada border Friday night, and we're lucky enough to have the clouds clear enough to see it on Saturday. My 7yo daughter loved it!

My roof rack didn't come with a decal from the manufacturer so I added a good one.

Not today, but Sunday I fired the Jeep (TJ) up for the first time in nearly a year, washed it up, knocked the cob webs down inside and drove it around town. Heading to get the emissions checked on it this afternoon before any new CIL's come on. Goal is to NOT let it sit that long again on new tags.
