WD6TED - Ted in San Diego. I don't think I've checked in to this thread.
I received my general in December '18
Here's the equipment I'm currently using:
Icom 5100A in my vehicle.
Icom 7100 at home and take it out with a 12v battery
Icom 51A Plus 2
TYT MD-UV390 for DMR (my DMR ID is: 3121869) I use this for logging into the weekly OB net on talkgroup 1137550
TYT TH-350 tri-band
Openspot2 hot spot I use at home and take on the road with me sometimes. I use this frequently for DMR and D-Star.

I use an Elk VHF/UHF log periodic antenna which is awesome - particularly for QRP stuff.
I use a Super Antenna for HF. I do not have any base station antenna at home currently. I prefer being outdoors ;-)

When I'm home for digital comms I'm usually on D-Star REF012A which ties into the local repeater system which I belong to (PAPA System).

Happy New Year to everyone!

I have the Yaesu FTM-400XDR and Laird antenna mounted in the Tahoe.
How are you liking the FTM-400DXR? I'm looking at that same radio. Did you do the install yourself or is there a shop you used in Sacramento?

I love mine, installed it myself! It works great, still figuring out everything it does!
