Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
It's a great place, Rainier is next on my trip. If you're going to the Escalante/Canyonlands area I'd also recommend checking out Monument Valley. There is a hotel there called The View that I have not personally stayed at, but the views are supposed to be amazing. There are several really fun...
Welcome! That's a great rig you've got there. If you're looking on going west, I'd highly recommend driving to the West Coast, around Olympic National Park, and down Highway 101. Kalaloch Lodge is an amazing place to stay.
I did the trip last March (starting in Seattle) over the course of a...
Mods: Getting some bed lights installed, and maybe a 2" lift + tires; haven't decided which tires yet, any input is much appreciated :).
Travel: Going to Minneapolis to visit family in May, then in June doing the whole Forestry Trunk Road loop, and in August driving to Sooke to go salmon fishing.
Hmm.. that's interesting that they wouldn't fit. In that case I would definitely say visit your local 4x4 shop and see if they can help you out. Are they willing to consider a lift?

Just started hunting a couple years ago, mostly whitetail up in Northern Alberta.
I plan to start rabbit hunting in March, as in my mind there's nothing like a nice rabbit stew to warm you up.
What caliber does everyone shoot? I run 7mm-08 Remington.
I went there once waaay back in the early 2000's, I had a great time there! Thank you for the links Shizzy!
I might try and expand the schedule, this is just sort of a minimum of how I'd like to go.
I'm planning to in either July of this year, or anywhere from May-July of 2018. Not sure if it's gonna be this year yet, but it's always good to plan ahead ;)
I'm planning a trip from Edmonton, Alberta to Minneapolis, Minnesota for 2018; does anyone have any recommendations of things to see/do on the way? I'm planning about 3-4 days there, and 3-4 days back, with 5 days in the middle to visit with family.
This is approximately the route I plan to...
