If you camp at Horsehoe Flats (Scottsville Va.) they will. Me and a couple buddies go there once a year, they rent I bring my own. They have two drop off points, the long one is about 6-8 moving with the current the other is about 4 hours I think. Have a look: Horseshoe Flats Camping

I had the same issue you did but with Tacoma (loved that truck!) but picked up a 4Runner just in time for the gas hike!
