I guess I'm a stick in the mud but for your described use case you don't need any lift or upsized tires. Putting a bunch of unsprung weight on the axles increases wear and tear and kills your gas mileage. (But it looks cool!)
I wanted something other than the standard bent tubes that most makers use so I went with Victory 4X4. They have "rock lights" built in, which is a little gimmicky, but they make nice courtesy lights if you wire them into the dome light circuit. The big expense to most sliders is shipping...
Hey, you're missing a couple of lug nuts! :blush: I need to go the other way, i.e. adapters for Toyota wheels but it will throw them too far out from the fenders.
Thanks for all the helpful responses so far. I should have made my question clearer. I'm less interested in how and what products are used at home. It's more about if you're out boondocking with a heavy coat of dust, mud, bugs, whatever. I carry a 3M pad and use it with lots of water but...
