I guess most of you know that you need a braket to hold the small seat in place if you remove the larger section and thats one expensive braket lol.... all in all took about an hour to make and a few beers for the welder lol
I took a piece of angle iron 10 inches long, cut one side and bent it
the bolt for the seat lines up right about where the cut in the angle iron is
friend tacked the bolt that fits into the seat for test
He filled the rest, cleaned up the weld a bit, I painted it. voila,
yes I have to clean the threads because I forgot to mask them lol
