What does your significant other drive?

@boss324 Yeah the Typhoon and Syclone were great at the time obviously, but by todays standards it's kind of a pig haha. *sadface* Unless of course you have the time, money and patience to do this:

    Compressor with air tools. Really?

I don't use this system but I have seen airtools being run off of it before with my own eyes haha. Get it.

    Jetboil Genesis Base Camp Stove...

I can't imagine why not. I've tested it on Coleman 16oz and smaller Jetboil brand but… How big we talkin'?

    Heading to Yellowstone 2017

This. *still worth it though* I waited all day to get a distance shot of Grand Prismatic Spring without crowds…this is a close as I could get :/ Also, Old Faithful has some great signage lol :)

    Jetboil Genesis Base Camp Stove...

I just got this recently. I've never used any Jetboil equipment before, hell, I've never had a campstove (of my own) either to be honest. I've always used a skillet over fire unless travelling with a campstove owning friend, so this is new to me. I'm looking forward to giving it a shot...

    Tembo tusk group buy? (CLOSED)

Around 11 or so people interested so far. Anyone have an idea what kind of numbers it would take to make it worth while for them?

    Astronomy!

@Steve I had a flight to Denmark a few years ago that of course flew over the southern tip of Greenland as many flights do. I was on the left north facing side of the plane and for a good 2 hours had a view of the most spectacular display of colors and movement from the Northern Lights. I was...

What does your significant other drive?

Sounds nice! Of course you can't pry the keys from her haha :) Marauder you say? *Homer Simpson drool…* I've always wanted one of those. My older brother is a mustang guy, he's an engineer at Ford, has been for like 30 years. Now he heads up part of the Special Vehicle Teams division and works...

    Astronomy!

*Is there a thread for this already? I could not find one. Seems like there should be, as it's a perfect overland activity.* Anyone care to share tips, tricks and observations? Favorite resources, maps or locations? Dark sky parks? Navigation? I'd personally like to learn more from people...

    FLASHLIGHTS

I have many flashlights hidden around the house and cars but these 3 I actually use regularly: Fenix PD35 Fenix E12 Maglite ML300LX LED (didn't think I'd like this as much as I do)

Did you ever regret not buying a rig?

Is there a chance you can put a deposit on it to hold? I usually ask about things like that or even payment plans if it's something I really want and can't fully afford at the moment. I had a guy let me pay off a titanium mountain bike over a year once. I also let a guy buy a truck from me in...

Did you ever regret not buying a rig?

I had the opportunity to pick up a beautiful Volvo c303 (very similar to attached pics but light grey) and didn't jump on it. It haunts me. The only other vehicle I should have snatched up but didn't (I'm usually very impulsive) is a very low mileage 1988 Mitsubishi Starion ESI-R. *kicks dirt*

The Search for the BEST Overland Camp Chair

I've gone through so many chair options :/ Settled on these REI Hang Time folders. Much easier to pack and carry than other ones I have and surprisingly comfortable, especially around a camp fire.

She drives like an old lady :)

What does your significant other drive?

Our 2013 CTS V haha… I had to remove the Borla exhaust because it was too loud for her. It has an intake, headers, upper + lower pulley, heat exchanger, injectors and a very good tune. She has no idea what it's capable of. Last dyno was 665…one horespower from the beast.
