It's not much, but here's a couple shots of The Blueberry out doing its thing.
Found a spot on the side of a road and decided to see how well things work in stock form. I'm very impressed with the capability and confidence of the Forester. This shot doesn't really show the angle of the...
Welcome aboard. Also in the DFW area.
There are several OHV parks that are within a decent drive (haven't been personally, but I know they're out there and see a lot of good things about them). The area southwest of DFW (around Glen Rose) seems to be a good place to at least explore back roads...
Welcome aboard!
You'll fit right in with the SVO crowd. Several Renegades in there and plenty of ideas (https://www.overlandbound.com/forums/threads/svo-small-vehicle-overlanding.1682/).

Well folks, here's our "new" ride. And we are quite excited about it.

Thanks for asking.
Long story short, the engine locked.
So, after some thought and discussion we made the decision to let go of the Tahoe. We really like the Tahoe, but it's been slowly sucking finances out since the day we drove it home. It's a fun vehicle and I wouldn't mind owning one...
Backstory: After the engine let go in my Tahoe, we decided that (with everything else that would probably need to be addressed) it was not wise to keep dumping money into what was quickly becoming a pit. So we started looking for a "new" vehicle that would be safe, reliable, fuel efficient...
