Turns out that none of them fit into the first Sherpa bar I checked. The next day I tried other crossbars and the bolts fit into almost every one, including several recent purchases. Not sure why but not all bars are equal.
I got the ARB kit - it had all the parts but the hose was cheap. I ended up buying two unions (one for the rear diff, the other to fit the ARB manifold), and used fuel hose to connect. This made the ARB kit a rather expensive manifold, which I could have sourced elsewhere.
