I've got Starlink for home but I would choose the ground (or pole) mount with a 150' cord. That way you don't have to park the vehicle in the open to get a good unobstructed view.

If you are referring to the Feed on the app they appear in the order of thread with recent comments. Just as they do on the right side of the desktop version of the website.
On the app at the top you can select "By Category" and it will display the sections/subsections in an organized manor.

Set up is clean and I can tell a lot of thought and work went into it.
In addition to what others have said I would also suspect that the center rod of your mounting set up may cause tuning/transmit pattern issues given it's awfully close to the same length as the GMRS/70cm antenna.

Got email a few days ago that service for my area may be open by Mid 2023 so I opted to get the "Best Effort" option.

You could do it yourself, it typically involves removing or crushing a very small resistor.
A member of a local ham clubs may do it for you, but you may or may not want to mention why you want it. Depends on the ham and how anal they are about rules. May just leave it as "for emergency purposes".
