I have Timbrens on my ZR, they are a great bump stop, particularly off road. If you want help with added weight I would look at SumoSprings. They are similar to the Timbren but have added weight capability. YT videos show them in action.

You want to match the kinetic rope diameter to the weight of the vehicles you are working with. 1.25" rope with a small rig you don't get much stretch.
