The AAL is good for 3-400lbs extra weight, as you get near 500lbs it feels very stiff in the rear. Deaver M66 pac is a major upgrade to the ZR2 rear leaf setup. Smoother ride, better feel, corners better.

A tire chalk test is going to give you much lower TP than your on-line calculators. Almost ever rig I've done the chalk test on came up 4-6 psi under oem recommeended.
With those 650lb springs up front you should try a sway bar delete (just pull the end links to try it) I'm on 600lb springs and no body roll, I do have Timbrens. The off road ride is a major improvement, fast or slow.
Why is no one talking about tire tread design, tire compound and tire weight? I've had better performance with a taller skinny tire vs a wider tire the same height. Tire weight has a big impact with V6 and 4cyl rigs. Different terrain needs a different tire.
