We're trying to plan our annual Lutsen spring break trip, but honestly, with the lack of snow this year, we're thinking of heading to Colorado this time.
Looking at some repairs on the Commander before I can really trust it out of town again...so its just my 1 mile commuter for now. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!
I became less alarmed when I realized that it is just returning to the status it was 12 mos ago before Pres. Obama signed it over as a NP. Its just back to that status. As for something destructive, it's highly unlikely it'd be coal mined. The Navajo Generating Station, largest coal fired...
Yep, my brother got a new frame out of the deal. He took the opportunity to have a bunch of work done since a lot of things were easily accessible at that time and they've continued to run it. His was really bad...mine wasn't nearly as bad as his. At the time, he had to really fight to get...
I've ordered 6 rims from them...all have arrived damaged or dented...not sure if its their fault entirely, but they've treated me well enough on the customer service side...
My question in all of this really was, is there a governing & previously existing treaty with Native American tribes that really trumps (pun intended) any executive orders? ie...Was the prior administration trying to right a previous wrong?

Thanks, I'll take a look at those. I ordered from 4WheelParts and they've been good on the Customer Service side. UPS just keeps dropping the rims and they arrive jacked up.

Updating an old thread, but, I've had to return two sets (6 total rims) do to each one being dropped/damaged during shipping. The blame rests solely on UPS...the place I've purchased them from has been excellent in their customer service.
Pretty frustrated. I might be better just going to...
Well, if you're post/humor was intended to be sarcastic, (which I see)...you'll want to put the '/s' at the end of it...then folks reading it know its meant as sarcasm. Kind of a way to add a 'tone' to a posting if you follow me. (Just trying to be helpful.)
I took the OP's post to mean that an Overland Bound video was showing some habitat destruction and environmental damage done during an official outing. Parking in a lake for a picture (not cool), going off trail, etc, etc. So, I believe the point was to remind folks of the 'Leave no trace'...
First, welcome. I moved here from the East Bay about 15 years ago. Funny enough, I lived and worked where OB HQ is in Pleasanton, CA. Nice town...ok, technically, I was in San Ramon.
If its mountains you want...they're about 8 hours West.
Well, the OP was asking about one as a basecamp, I took that to mean that the trailer would be mostly on road / gravel, etc
