Do you take time to leave it better than you found it?

Before moving to north idaho we lived in northern lower Michigan. We were members of a club called Cadillac Jeepers in Mesick, Michigan. Twice (or more) a year we did road side cleanups along highway 37. There was a 4 mile adopt a highway we had. If your in the area (people drive up from...

    Badland Winch Review & Testing

One of the off road magazines did a winch shootout a while back and the badlands didn't do bad at all. It was slow and had to stop it to cool down a couple times. No reliability issues at all. Champion has a line of winches I have been looking at for my suburban. I have had one of generators...

Swayze Express - Colorado ZR2 Duramax

How the ZR2 didn't get truck of the year is beyond me. I bought a 96 s10 ZR2 used in 97 with 8k miles on it. They were really impressive in there day, but this new one is awesome! My s10 had 322,000 miles when I traded it in in 2007.

    Snowshoeing

I use to love snowshoeing when I lived in northern michigan. The village we lived in was within the Manistee national forest so you could just walk right out the door. My back and hips are too bad to do it anymore, but the memories I have are incredible.
