Nothing wrong with a v10. Have a buddy with a REAL NICE v10 with a turbonetics rear mount turbo. He didnt do it for "performance" so to speak he gets EXCELLENT fuel economy out of it. Ill have to find his build thread you will get a kick out of it. Ill try to send it in a message when i find it.
Oh, don't get me wrong. I am very happy with the V10. I don't have a need for diesel at all. Not pulling heavy, consistently, don't need it or the hassle and cost of owning one.

Glad to see someone finally receive one and install it! Looks great. Mine was supposed to be here 3 days ago but I got a call from DHL yesterday asking if I received it as they don't know where it is! Crap- hope this doesn't mean another month to get one all the way from Venezuala. Emailed Aiden James so we will see what they come up with. :disappointed:

I'll keep checking it then. Thanks for the advice! Ya I can't afford a big repair bill right now. But it has 200k miles already so I should start saving...

We have the 3.0. V6 , but its new. Chucks original owner never had maintenance done so the original motor blew out. Not a cheap fix so i hope you got to this in time!

Finally mounted the RTT, and with decent weather we headed out for an overnight at a nearby state park.

Overnight was high 30s and the kids and wife are toasty upstairs. I am running a MrBuddy heater downstairs at low. Rain as we woke up so we got all the cooking and breakfast downstairs in the annex.
