very nice! that's a nice platform to work with...i like the looks better than a jeep, plus its a toyota so its gonna last

It's my third one. Very capable. I've already started putting and buying parts for it.

Unfortunately I work alot at the moment, so its when I can get time to mess with it. Lol

i have a tundra. nice, but a little big for some trails.

doesnt sound like there is much in Illinois? i got out of the navy and moved to louisiana as a commercial diver. the money was phenominal, but now i'm retired and stuck in a hot swampy mess. i travel a lot just to get out of here as much as possible

Yea, I got out and went to work for the Post Office. 33 years and not old enough to retire without taking a hit. So, a couple more years, unless I get my OSHA Certification to teach, then I'm out and moving to another state.

Welcome to the OB community Donald. Having moved from Western Michigan back in 2003 I kind of get what you're saying about getting out of the State. Of course my wanting out was based on the weather whereas yours may be something else.

Welcome Donald... a sub huh... pretty unique Overlanding rig... I really like your Cruiser. They look like great platforms for the right guy... that guy isn’t me though... too tall with back and knee problems. Don’t be a stranger on here...

Multiple reasons actually. I love going out west. Idaho is as far as I've made it so far. Can't wait to explore.
