4) Overlanding Experience Background: I'd say I'm very new. I have camped a bit, as well as quite a bit of off-roading in Texas and Alaska. After moving home to Maine, Overlanding seems like something I would love to do and take part in! I found this website and it looks like a very promising area for me to start and research.

Hello from Texas! Austin area. We have been overlanders for a few years now, with trips all through the west. Mostly Colorado, NM, and TX, but also NV, and UT a lot. Family of 4 with two big dogs and we hammer trails in a 4x4 sprinter. We love finding remote hard to get to spots using Gaia. Looking forward to some sort of rally.

Hi, I'm Tyler. From Fishers, IN. I just posted about my first build in the build forum but realized I just hop in here as well. I'm an avid hiker and backpacker but I've decided to get my family into overlanding since backpacking with small children is so demanding. My 5yo daughter started out in the backcountry with us at 2.5yo so she loves it but I think she'll much prefer the creature comforts of overlanding/camping, as will my wife. My very first build as I jump into this hobby will be on my new 2019 Ford Ranger. For more details jump on over to my thread in the build forum. Thanks for having me and I look forward to picking up a bunch of knowledge from you folks.
