Hey everyone, my name is Jared and I’m new to this app, but also new to the Jeep world and off-roading/overlanding.

I live in the East SF Bay Area of California with my amazing wife and two daughters, and our two dogs.

I drive a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and just bought it a few months ago. I’ve never owned a 4x4 before but am loving learning and driving and adventuring in it.
Hello fellow east bayer

I am the Bay Area member rep and I can help connect you to meet ups that are happening near you. In Pleasanton CA there is a meet up on the second Sunday’s of the month and it has a great regular turn out and active. The East Bay meet up has a great 2022 lined up and you are invited! You can see the plan under the second post in our thread.

Below is a link to the meet up page and thread with information.

This is the regular meet up info:

I'm a new guy, have done some trips out there, enjoy going there..... in fact my wife tells me I never take the same route twice or so.
I'm also an old guy, but who is counting?
Live in the Western side of VA close the the Shenandoah National Park and others.
Busy most weekends though, so do my exploring during the week. Also have a Ham license (for many years) and do some POTA trips.
Hello Richard, welcome to Overland Bound.

Hello!

Location: Mesa, AZ
Rig: 2022 Ram Rebel
Experience: Mostly on-road road trips

Just getting started and trying to figure out how to outfit my rig without voiding my warranty. Well, if I do, that’s probably okay too.

Hey everyone,

My name is Steve and Im from Medicine Hat, AB Canada / Havre, Montana USA. I am new to overlanding although I am a experienced camper and enjoy riding trails in my RZR. Currently my rig is a stock 2018 Ram 3500 diesel on Dynapro ATs, although I am in the market for a dedicated rig for overlanding. I also have a pair of RZR 900 Trails MY17 Base model (16,000 KM, not a typo) and MY22 Ultimate (1600 KM) which is where most of my trail experience is from.
I am looking forward to combining a few of my hobbies (travelling, fishing, trail riding and camping) into amazing adventures. I am currently looking to plan my first solo trip in Montana so any advice is more than welcome! I am mostly looking to get my "tires wet" on my first solo expedition and do an easier trail with some cool camping or fishing spots for a couple of nights.

Hope to see and hear from some of you and happy trails!
