Where can your get FRS channels to program. Is there a list or ? As I just got one of these radios & am trying to figure how it works.

I'll just add a footnote that it's illegal to transmit using this radio on FRS frequencies. Technically it's illegal to use them on GMRS frequencies too, however since that band requires a license there can at least be an expectation that the user understands the laws enough to know the power limitations and spectral purity/frequency accuracy required.

Otherwise, I would recommend sticking to purpose built radios for GMRS/FRS and get started in amateur radio. Free amateur radio study materials are available at http://www.kb6nu.com/study-guides/ (the first test you would do is the "Technician-class" license).
