About 10 - 15 mins in from the beginning...
Picking up *trash*!!
Sigh.....
I think this was another *trash* awareness video (partly):
Was it towards the middle or end? Where he drops a bottle by the side of the road, then starts the "awareness" talk.
Even over in Costa Rica they...
This is really well put!
It goes along and tracks with what I mentioned above.
Sadly that is how the human race or rather society works.
How many videos on Youtube can you find of drunken soldiers in tanks running amok?
Overlanding (if we combine offroading and car camping here) specifically...
Haha
The Tahoe is a nice SUV... from a few years back anyway. It was big and chunky and had more internal spec then you could find in most UK spec luxury models
I loved the Colorado Avalanche too (was that what it was called?)
When deciding on the "right" vehicle it rrally becomes difficult...
I like the thought behind it... but careful on being too judgemental ;-)
Sometimes circumstance and other hidden things can play a big effect too on people
Though I would agree that yes pretty much a lot of what people drive reflects their personality
Some would even break this down by brand...
Ha... so thats why these SUVs were developed....
For "Overlanders" who "run out of patience" due to forum technical issues.... hahaha
Without working portals its WWIII out there folks ;-) <chuckle>
Aaah a good old service restart ;-)
Hopefully it will work properly now.. fingers crossed!
Not sure about the underlying platform or resources available but if not already maybe consider using something like Nagios or LibreNMS with snmp to monitor the mail process and other backend processes...
Not sure if there's a mail queue log or a command to check the que...
Postfix and other smtp services will all have them.. so definitely give that a shot
For me, I've experienced this since day 1 of signing up?? Emails are always a day late
Maybe the queue size needs adjusting or sone other...
Wish i could help... check /var/log/mail.log
And any of the logs within the forum software....
Maybe php mailer or something?
Could it be something with the db? Is it mysql or postgres?
Good luck!! :-)
Sadly I haven't received any emails at all.... though I did get some which were about a day late....
What SMTP service are you guys running as it probably just needs tweaking a bit like maybe buffer size or queue size.... running my own mail system I know what a PITA these things can be ;-)
Thanks!
Probably the closest I ever came to "car camping" was this and that's only because of the folding table:
Basically I was chasing the a trio of galaxies called the "Leo Triplet". At 300mm the "field of view" FOV is still really wide for astro photography and additionally not having...
In case any one is interested, I used the Pentax K1 mkII and Nikon D500 for these.....
Right now I'm researching a camera to use as a main video system to hopefully record Overlanding adventures in the future.... my Scotland journey was recorded on a DJI Action 4, Pocket 3, and Air 3 drone. For...
So, as it's Saturday night and am going through the BattleStar Galactica remake alone.... I figured what the heck; let's get some more images out there. No, sadly not a 4x4 but it's what I got and there aren't really any serious offroad trails around me unless you're a farmer in a field lol...
Yeah well.... if people can do it with exhausts and tires on 3-door hatchbacks then it can be done anywhere, including SUV's and Trucks.....:tearsofjoy:
I don't think this requires a new thread? It's Saturday night, am bored, sat home with nothing to do and my colitis (I'll let Google answer more questions for ya'll) is really flared up badly.... meaning I'm enjoying lovely cramping and much more internally <sob>
Anyway, checking out some...
First "air time" literally is starting to come out now with this thing being sent into the air by various people ;-P
Now I feel like I want one even more.....
It really depends on how one likes to work....
For me, I discovered that I like logging my journeys and where I hike or walk. The 67i is really ideal for that....
Also my phone battery doesn't last long, around 6 hours while the Garmin's: my watch (Tactix 7 Pro) and 67i will last at least a...
