I have an ecoflow delta 2, and going to mount a 120w panel on my roofrack. It powers my 37 quart alpicool. It's enough to power my fridge/freezer constantly.

Soft suspension, big tires/small wheels and low psi. I recently got shocks that are adjustable, I have them on lowest setting and it's like riding on a balloon, will probably set a bit firmer, it handles like a boat on super soft.

I'm having issues as well, being at the vase of some hills/wilderness. I got some peppermint spray, hope it works. They have been eating at my hood liner and battery cover, which is a soft material.
