Hey all, we have a new Android build 11.16.2 available now and an iOS build in for review which should be available tomorrow. Additional improvements.

Copy guys - have forwarded this to the team. We'll work on getting a hotfix out ASAP.

OK - we are getting close to a cause. It is the Support Alert RP type. Thankfully this does not occur on my Android device, so at least it is not all devices. Can you give me your App version?

Can you see if you can access the feature through the regular Rally Point Create path in app? Type = Support Alert.
