Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
There won't be a dedicated coms channel/system on this trip. I'm sure we will have people that prefer everything from HAM to mutes (no coms). General trail etiquette will apply, don't lose sight of the rig behind you.
The Kokopelli Trail will have several obstacles, tight spots, and overlooks...
We would love to have you. If you skip rose garden hill you won't need sliders. The majority of the trip is pretty tame trails with amazing scenery.

Rally Point creates a thread of its own in the forum... awesome. This thread is linked to the comments section of the Rally Point but it does it in a poor format and makes it hard to read/follow. Also, comments left on the Rally Point page dont show up in the thread leaving...
Yes, an Expedition can make the trip. Depending on experience/comfort you may want to take the optional bypass to Rose Garden Hill. Good offroad tires are a must.
Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you, I didnt realize that posts here didnt reflect the posts in the thread...
I have the DeWalt Electric chainsaw and a pair of batteries. The power is there.... it works really well. I actually enjoy it being quiet and hearing nothing but the chain running. As for waiting for it to recharge, well, if I have killed 2 batteries and still need more... my arms are dead and...
Going east to west on the Koko has you going down Rose Garden. Its definitely a difficult section and will not appeal to everyone. Bypassing RGH and going up Onion Creek is honestly a more enjoyable and more beautiful trip but we will have the option to do both for people that want to run the...
We are going to be hosting a trip over the Kokopelli Trail from Fruita, Colorado to Moab, Utah. 3 Days on the trail and 2 nights in the Utah Desert and La Sal Mountain High Country. This will be open to all vehicles with low range 4wd as there will be some moderately difficult terrain. Trailers...
What year is your F150? Most F150s will require a 4-6" lift to clear the 35" take-off tires and wheels from a raptor. You might be able to fit them with a leveling kit and some trimming, but thats nto really going to help you out in the "better ride" dept.
Anchor Mountain is stepping into the recovery/traction board market with our new Anchor Mats. We looked at the wide array of recovery tracks on the market and decided a better option was needed. We developed the Anchor Mats to be the best recovery track available today. The Anchor Mats are...

It sounds like there is a fastener loose somewhere.
Two options:
1. Go through every bracket and accessory, loosen and re-tighten every nut/bolt.
2. Remove items one at a time until the squeak goes away....then fix that bracket/fastener.
If you have a rear receiver hitch you will be fine. The drops are all smooth and wont beat your rig up.
All the trails I listed are pretty easy. The Shaffer loop, gemini, hurrah and Chicken Corners can all be done in 2wd. Tusher, Bull, Elephant and Fins will require 4wd in some sections but are...
If you have time to go to Canyonlands Needles District, run the Elephant Hill Trail and hike out to the Colorado/Green River Confluence. The entire trail is easy to moderate as long as you dont go south to SOB hill. You need a permit to run this trail as well.
Also hike the short Cave Spring...
Fins N Things for sure. Its a MUST -DO for Moab first-timers. It looks a lot harder than it is. The steep climbs are smooth and easy and the drops are fun.
The Long Canyon/Shaffer Switchbacks/Potash Rd loop is spectacular. Its a very easy loop with only 1 small ledge near the top of Long Canyon. The views from the entire trip are amazing.
Gemini Bridges and Bull Canyon(trail to the bottom of Gemini Bridges) are also easy to get to and fun. Hiking...
