Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
So our OB hound is actually a cat...a Sichuan, China cat. Anyways we are just over a month into a 6 month journey and true to form she starts getting a bit "wild". But she does grace us with her presence at least once a day.
I live in China and mostly see guys using Tenkara rods...never tried it myself but for sure it's a pretty simple set up. Personally I think it's limited in its presentation but then again I've seen some pretty big fish hauled in.
Just caught my first fish over here ;-)
For sure you'll notice an improvement especially on hot days. Our cover came with a mesh that covered the vents...immediately cut that out. Also I keep our 30L fridge outside on hot days and that reduces the cycles as well.

Personally I think it would be impossible to Kill our love for being surrounded by what Mother Nature has created...no matter how much technology tries to influence our time spent enjoying it. I to am over 60, and my desire to be in and around it all was handed down by my dad and his dad before...
I've done a lot to the rig recently...but one thing I'm particularly happy with is mounting my bikepacking panniers to the spare wheel. Now I keep all my flammables outside
This has all been very interesting and thought provoking. It does have me wondering how well received was the internal combination engine back in the day. Especially by those who loved their stables, not to mention their favorite steed. But for sure we are at an important junction whether we...
