Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

A few points come to mind. The trail is hard, but not as hard as it used to be. Specially in august after both Jamborees the trail will be stacked for you. So here is my 2c:

Hells Revenge trail. Depending on vehicle and skill level I'd say it's 3-5hr trail.
Great views, just outside of town, and sure has plenty fun challenging spots.

Thoughts on the Action Packer 48gal? I've run the 24gal for years of abuse with great success. Out of curiosity I went to their site and found the make a long 48gal size

All good ideas here. It's hard to decide on waterproof bags or hard cases. Both have their plus and minuses. Think of the gear that will be in the bag/case; do you want to access it while is up there only or have the ability to bring it down to use or access the bag/case.

My understanding is that it's not the 100% finished product. Thats why we test them against the Baja 1000. The compound will be different for final production and something else. But you get a good ideas of what it will be like

They are a great tire! Ran a 35" on my old jeep in snow, mud, desert, rocks, and held up great. It's not known to be a desert tire but the guys that run street vehicle and play on the rocks like them.
