DIY Rotopax to OEM roofrack.

Thanks. I did have to “open” the aft end of the sheet metal pegboard to accommodate the 4 gallon Rotopax. This was easily done with a pair of channel locks and many small bends. 5 mins tops. Hope this helped.

DIY roof rack options.

Trying to keep it simple, lighter weight up top and less $$. Used a stainless metal pegboard panel mounted to OEM roof rack crossbars. ($34 on Amazon).(Going to get shorter bolts so they don’t hang down).

I think the bumper was a 170lbs just by itself. Let me research my receipts and give you a better answer as far as bumper , winch and lights. The problem with these older model trucks is that there are very few off the rack options to choose from if any. I just liked the look and functionality...
