Awesome! I am looking to build something similar for a 2011 Grand Cherokee, but I'm still brainstorming a bit.

This build is still in its infancy. 2011 WK2 limited with QTII with 32" Wrangler Sahara takeoffs. Planning to add OEM recovery points, pre-runner skid plate, upgraded underbody armor, 2.5" lift, roof basket, and a brush guard. One UPS shipment at a time!

Moving from Michigan to Mesa in July. Not sure exactly where yet, but we think we want to buy a house near Red Mountain High School. I hope to meet up for some weekend adventures shortly after we get there. Can't wait to do some real overlanding in the mountains!

My son and I spent a few days off the grid at High Rock Bay at the tip of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula. Absolutely beautiful views of Lake Superior and a ton trails to explore. My setup is very basic at this point, but we're working on it.
