Yes they did. It's in the text.

Cancelled VRV Flyer-all aluminum squaredrop trailer

This is a 2019 VRV Flyer, manufactured in Conway, AR. The exterior panels, main floor and all framing is constructed from aluminum so the trailer is very light and very strong. The interior features Baltic birch cabinetry that configures as a queen bed or a full length couch with folding table...

    ARB Air Compressor Switch Wiring

Yes, you MUST use a relay or risk burning up your truck. Frankly--and I mean no insult--you need to get local help. We've all been at that level of ignorance at some point but trying to wire it without understanding how/why a relay is necessary is asking for trouble. Compressors pull a lot of...

Texas Overland Scene, what is it like?

Big Bend. There is a National Park and a State Park with lots of good trails. Bonus: from there it is an easy drive into NM and on up to CO.

    Awning Screen Walls?

Pretty easy. You run a rubber rope through a channel in the awning and the rest just clips to the upright poles. This isn't a great picture but shows it set up in my garage.

    Awning Screen Walls?

I have the ARB version which can be zipped open to screen walls or zipped down to be an enclosed tent. Works great.

New Tacoma Overland Taco Trailer Concept

It's too bad Toyota ran out of good ideas for SEMA. This will never hit the market.

2019 Toyota Tacoma Build - Overlanding, Daily Driving and Emergency Preparedness

It is a long list but everything can be done with a stock Tacoma 4X4 and AT tires. Don't rush to get a lift. Unless you want to do serious rock crawling you don't need one. You've already got the shell and some of the gear. I'd add a popup toilet/shower tent with a toilet and shower solution...

    Tailgate Trash Systems

Yup. Some of this overlanding stuff is just too precious to believe.

    Please help me understand towing

Unfortunately, there is no hard science that really helps. I'm unfamiliar with the MDX drive train and that's a big part of the equation. In my case I tow a 1300 lb. square drop trailer behind a newish Toyota Tacoma that is rated for 6,000 lbs. towing capacity. It is just my wife and I and we...

    Please help me understand towing

Where will you be towing? For how long? One of the most common mistakes made when thinking about towing is to focus on that towing capacity number--5,000 lbs. in your case. More important is your load capacity, the tongue weight of the trailer and the aerodynamic profile. Assuming your...

    Essential Solo Overland Recovery Gear

There are lots of areas in the desert southwest where burying something as a winch point would take a backhoe. Burying a winch point works on a beach, I guess, but traction boards and a shovel will usually work even in deep sand.

    Essential Solo Overland Recovery Gear

I agree about the winch. Certainly there are people who use them. But, I see a lot of unused winches on exposexual trucks because, you know, the look.

Rockpals 26 Quart Portable RV Refrigerator ???????????

I have had one for several months now (running continuously in my garage) and have been on several short (10 days or less) trips with it. Works great.

I agree with you, OP. I use Gaia but it is frustrating--on the web and on my iPad.

    Overland Vehicle Systems - Shower

I've looked at these but opted for a popup tent away from my truck and trailer. Is it not a problem to have kind of a muddy mess right next to your vehicle?
