    2018 F-150 Build

I bought the MaxTrax XL Pod accessory. It works pretty well and gets it out of the way. As for your previous post, I actually thought that the off road limit was for the load bars itself and not the whole rack system. However, if it actually means the whole rack system, then I am just over the...

    2018 F-150 Build

She is only 50 lbs and I’m still youngish right now so she hops on my shoulder and I carry her in. Same on the way down. eventually I may train her to climb a ladder or lay some mats on my hood and roof to let her run through the window.

    2018 F-150 Build

Starting my build thread for my full-size rig. This is going to be a slow build as I got to do this piece by piece due to funds (although this forums don't really help that with all the inspiration). My truck started off as a 2018 Ford F-150 3.5L Ecoboost Lariat. This was my first new car in over...

    Overlanding Raptor Build

Great build! I have a regular F-150 but I have similar ideas for my truck. For the scene lightings, I was thinking of doing two per side. How do you like running it with only one per side? Does it light up camp enough to set up?

Put it - in your tailgate mod

Awesome mod! Very creative and wish I could do that with my tailgate, but mine has the Ford step (which surprisingly has been more useful than expected)

Memorial Day Trip to Big Sur or King/Sequoia

Hi all, Looking for some advice from people up in this area. For Memorial Day Weekend, I'm planning a getaway to either Big Sur or King's Canyon. Coming from Orange County, I'm planning on pre-staging somewhere north and then start heading out Saturday morning to either site. For Big Sur, I'm...

Let's see those full size rigs - Trucks & SUV

Work in progress but slowly getting there. Trying to get rid of the chrome soon.

    Now I'm all messed up..

When I was in the market for a truck, I was thinking of the Tacoma because I wanted to fit it in the garage. Then I sat in a full-size during the auto show, and well that was a mistake. Two years later, I have 38k on my F-150 SuperCrew and love it. Can't think of downgrading to a mid-size anymore.

Our Search for the Best Camping Chairs and Tables is Over

My wife and I use the Kelty low Loveseat and its perfect for us. I only need to carry one chair in the rig and it is nice to have the extra room if my wife isn't with me.

    GAIA and apple car play

make sure you have the latest version of Gaia. I checked and saw I had the .3 version and had to force an update. Once I did that, I restarted my phone and checked theCarPlay settings and there it was.Went back to my car, plugged it in and worked like a charm.

    A Comprehensive Beginner's Guide to Overland Route-making/Navigation

Pretty good intro video! Maybe in the description you should add markers if people want to cut in to a certain topic and they can go straight there.

    GAIA and apple car play

This came at a perfect time. I was just about to pull the trigger on an iPad Mini. Tested it out last night and worked like a charm.

SOLD Orange County, CA - iKamper X-cover no land bars, like new - $2200 - local pick up only

Decided to sell my X-Cover to fund an upgrade to a hard top tent. iKamper X-Cover comes without load bars. Used on 5 trips with the longest trip being 3 days. The outside has some sun fading but still in good condition. Comes with version 1 and 2 brackets.

    Rooftop tents?

If you are looking at bed racks, I highly recommend Leitner Designs. Expensive, but high quality product. I love mine. I have an iKamper X-Cover, but if you change sites every day, I recommend saving for a hardtop that can set up and take down fast.

    Winch Options? - Need advice ('18 F150)

If you have an Ecoboost, you're going to have to buy the intercooler relocation kit. I'm looking into doing that eventually.
