    Help! ZR2 vs. Rubicon

It may be a better question to first ask yourself if a truck or jeep better fulfills what you want to do long-term with your overlanding. I say this as they both have definite pros and cons. If you lean more offroad then I'd say go with the Jeep; if you want a better expedition-style platform...

    Snorkel or Not to Snorkel

I've been toying with getting a snorkel as well. My brother mentioned that my Nephew loves cars with snorkels so I'll probably get one just for him. :) I had read that turning the ram air around could cause a negative effect on the intake and potentially cause damage. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator is Ready to Rumble

I'm not generally a Jeep fan but I do like the Gladiator in terms of dropping the bed and adding a camper (when someone makes them). It will be interesting to see what people do with them. If I had the cash to spend it would be a good platform.

New to Overlanding what should i get? and where should i go?

It's all private land/logging roads up there with some primitive camping. From what I've read you pay through checkpoints, and camping is by first-come basis. The only thing is to keep in mind once you're in there (and the Golden Road which is also owned) that the logging trucks ALWAYS have...

New to Overlanding what should i get? and where should i go?

I've looked at the trailsoffroad link and unfortunately nothing show for New England. I joined ExploringNH which seems to run Class VI (not maintained roads) in NH. Currently I'm building my Xterra up in the hopes of starting to get into things. They do have a Trans-New Hampshire Overland...

What are Your Favorite Overland Recipes?

Our Walking Tacos version is to precook some ground beef and spices and freeze it. We also bring along tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream if we have space. Instead of Fritos we pack single-serve Doritos bags. Open the bag, crush the chips, add to taste.
