It was jealous and spiteful family members and my ex business partner from my Jeep shop in Placerville. Nothing much I could do about it. He utilized his Car Dealers License, slapped a bogus lien on it etc etc...Ran all the proper channels just because he and my uncle were jealous.
I used to be in the Jeep world so I know all about what you are saying...$80k into my 87 YJ and you could hardly tell. Here is a few pics of my beloved YJ before she was stolen.
I am still on the fence about whether or not to buy an RTT...I/we do just fine with a ground tent but there is just something special about an RTT. Great job on the video!
I've got my 07 FJ and while it is set up fairly well I wish I had plenty more cash for things like a rear swing out tire carrier bumper, RTT, Exhaust, skids etc etc. It will happen but probably not be finished until I'm around 60-70 hahaha. For now she does the trick.
Personally we bring some water with us but for most of the time we use a Katadyn Vario water filter. It has served us quite well over the years and never has let us down. I will be purchasing some Water Bricks at some point though.
I would definitely run the Mesa tire for a bit and see how they work for you. You may be pleasantly surprised or you may come to despise them. I myself have just ordered a set of the Cooper Discoverer ST tires. They are technically a commercial truck tire with an aggressive AT pattern but they...

HAHA better keep that caffeine on a drip lol. I was hoping so but when it happened I was trying to think if something I posted caused it or what in the world happened. It was cornfuzzling to say the least lol.
HAHA well fine then I will pack my handkerchief and be on my way :tearsofjoy:.
Michael had said that they are dealing with a Spam filter issue or something of the like. It didn't last long so that was good.
You are very welcome. I am certain you will love seeing all that AZ has to offer. It is one of the most beautiful states in our country in my opinion. Everything from high elevation forests to low elevation deserts with everything in between. I would also highly suggest getting to Sedona...
I have been asked multiple times whether or not people should foxhole when they camp or bring a waste container for proper disposal with them or any number of other solutions for the daily "newspaper read". I personally tell them to use a Luggable Loo as it will attach to any 5 gallon bucket for...
I personally have a 6 person Coleman Quick cabin tent that has worked great for years. I have entertained the thought of an RTT but with the size I would need for my better half, our son and I, I just cannot afford it. Maybe someday I will get into the RTT game but for now ground camping it is...
I went to login on both my phone and work computer as I have multiple times and it said that my IP had been banned...Thankfully it got sorted out immediately! Thank you Michael and Corrie!!!
