Installed the ARB/Outback roof console for my FJ. This was a customer install as the instructions have you remove the factory dome light and their bracket replaces it. I installed it in such a way that the factory dome light remains in place and functions as it should.

What lift did you go with? The height and stance is what I am going for with mine. I am also running 35's.

I am still on the fence on whether or not I want to install a snorkel on the FJ. I know it has its benefits but it does look kind of tacky on an FJ atleast. Luckily for my rig they aren't too expensive.
These just came in today so they will be mounted before the end of the day. Looking forward to trying them out.

I've been a huge fan of the Gerber tools for some time now. Got my first one in the Army and have not looked back. However, I am looking towards a SOG at the moment. They seem to be built like tanks and I have come to like the more expensive SOG products...not the WalFart junk lol
I will say this as I have seen it multiple times being a mechanic and working on race teams...if you run primarily dino juice and you switch to full synthetic it has the ability to destroy your seals. Now if you have been running synthetic from the start and switch to dino nothing will happen...
Not sure if it has been said but if you use fishing line you need to use something like Spider Wire or Power Pro. Braided lines wont break and it offers a micro saw tooth for all intents and purposes to help cut through the 3M adhesive backing. This is what we use when we de-badge a vehicle.
My new tires came in today so they are getting mounted up before the day is over. Can't wait to see how these perform. I was expecting the older Discoverer ST but they sent me the Discoverer S/T Maxx.

I have a 30,000 lumen light bar on my rig that works wonders for setting up. After I get set up I use my beloved Coleman Northstar lantern. These things can get incredibly bright and there is just something wonderful atleast to me about the sound and light that is produced by a Coleman lantern.
