Seriously thinking about doing some updates on the trailer then heading over to Moab and running White Rim Trail on Sunday and Monday before TurkeyDay.

I grew up on the family ranch in Walden. A nice place to camp is the trailhead for Lake Kathrine, due west of Walden. You have to go through the Noffsinger ranch, but it is forest access. It is a short 3 mile hike to the lake, which I think is one of the prettiest in Colorado.

I disagree. Location via cellphone with no gps requires that your cell phone has access to at least three strong cells in order to triangulate your position.

I have a Coleman battery powered air mattress inflator. Once you have a bit burning, it will turn it into a roaring fire in a minute or two.

Its not that bad. I pulled my trailer over it. The edge isn't going to jump out and bite you. Just remember, the view is better when you are hanging out over the edge.

The only dirt you will find in Rocky Mtn National Park is Fall River Road.
