Try a tent like this, when we started we used this tent regularly it is very quick and easy to setup and you have access to the back of your 80 so you don't have to unload everything. Or put stuff in tent and sleep in the 80. Don't know why it double post pictures sorry about that but deleted...

We just stake out the two guy wires and never have any problems. We stayed at the beach this weekend with wind gusts over 30 mph and had no problems other than had to tighten the rainfly up to stop it from flapping.
