LED light mounted to RTT tracks?

Has anyone mounted a LED light to the tracks of their RTT?

I have 2 small filter green LED 12v. attached to my tent rack on my overland trailer. I have all the wiring ran in the tent rack tubing, down the down inside the down tube into the tongue box.
I went with green filtered LED's for the reason for retaining your night vision, green filtered lights also allows for differentiation between colors @ night vs. any other filtered colored lights. I got this information on line when I was building my trailer & was looking for lighting when I got to that stage of the build.
