I cant see how it looks like from the underside, so I am assuming you know that in order to utilize this as a tie down that can handle any type of applied force, you will require a "backing plate" to spread the load a little more evenly, as well as some better hardware. Don't take this as me...
I noticed that as well. I wonder if the poll feature is something that can be done on the app or if the code is just too much? @Michael , What say you sir? Can the app be updated to include poll voting and results?
This poll is good till the 22nd of this month. If we keep this thread relevant we will hopefully see more voting happen, thus getting a better sampling of what people think on this subject. So far the new sub forum vote is winning by 2 votes.
Also, what shop quoted this price? Maybe someone can make suggestions on other shops that powdercoat . That way you can get a sampling of the average cost and make a decision from there.
I vote for Jerry at Bay Area Metal Fabrication located in the Benicia Industrial Park.
I didn't put the "No" option because I don't take it as an answer ;)
My reasoning(and I have to guess many others) for wanting something regional is that it is easier to complete a transaction on a local basis, i.e. meet in person, shake hands, communication while looking eye to eye, etc. I...
Sounds like you are a NorCal candidate. There are plenty of wild/rural areas in the woods and valleys of Northern California. The property won't be as cheap as other states but the services are usually pretty good as well as the inclusion/opportunity that is fostered here. Goodluck in your search.

Not on Craigslist, yet...
Im offering these up to the local yocal OB guys and gals.
These tires were equipped from the factory on my truck. I put 46k on them. I just replaced them with something a little different. A friend said I could probably get some monies for these as they have...
I sure miss that ol girl from time to time... I mostly restored that truck. I rebuilt to top end of the engine, replaced all rubber hoses(yes, all of them including the drain tubes), replaced the seats with updated T4R seats, replaced the carpet, refurbished the dash and all interior panels, new...
That's not entirely what I had in mind. I like factory stuff for the most part. I would hope the new owner puts the Toyota F series engine back into it...

Mine, negotiable. Need to get it out of the driveway. Youngling on the way and no time for all the projects cluttering up my garage/driveway...
I posted in here, as I figured it was in a traffic appropriate section.
If you get rid of the rain gutters can't you get the upgraded window seals that prevent leakage? Think of the amount of wind noise reduction could be had with those drip rails gone. Plus, because hotrod...
