ok, maybe I found a retailer that would ship to germany. but first of all I need to know the operating pressure of the stove to make sure I can get a regulator for EN417 cartridges. I assume it is above 30/50mbar .. ?
then check out the western alps (border FR/IT) as long as they're open. would recommend to take a guided tour, there are several commercial offers around, such as abenteuer4x4 (did a tour with them, they're located in bavaria) or tc-offroad.
as robert wrote, distances are short in europe and...
hiking is no big deal, as long as you respect private roads/paths and properties. country lanes and field paths are in general no problem.
MOTORIZED is a different animal though :-(

yeah, will get one of these in the future. still figuring out how to get it shipped to germany as bargain as possible. cause: naturally those types of goods will not be shipped from e.g. amazon or other retailers 'cross the pond, due to other regulations here for fossile fuel powered devices...
nope, just a few thermo-electric (peltier!) fridges are having a thermostat. and they suck more as double the Amps as a compressor fridge. try ro rent one, but save your money for serious equipment.

got ya.
yes, would be possible. but you'd lose precious power for running important devices such as your fridge, while you could heat water with propane.
your 12V compressor fridge won't run on propane ;-)

don't wonder about the mm to inch connections in the listing on the left. makes no sense. focus on the...
like other roof racks for jeep wranglers are mounted: onto the rear bumper, and windshield frame.
you could use a variety of these types of mounts:

every MPPT charge controller starts its work at a certain voltage. mine at battery voltage +5V due to specs. so with the panels in series it starts earlier to put out charge voltage and current, and longer. or at last at overcast skies.
wattage stays the same, of course. but the weird thing...
I do. After two days of drying I pulled on the battery platform as hard as I could, and the quarter panel (outer, the body) did bend [emoji15]
it takes a hammering.

hey guys,
didn't know where to place, hope the DIY section is ok. I want to share my installation of a solar powered dual battery and ac-power supply system in our daily driver, without losing cargo space .. frankly, this is LR3/4 specific, but may be adapted to other rigs with similar trunk...
