Nice trailer!!! The owner of AT lives in Fruita, any affiliation?

Very productive weekend. Picked up the boat on Saturday, and the new Jeep on Sunday. Add roof rack, MaxTrax, and snorkel, and I'm back in business!!! Ordered an OzTent RV-2 to use with both the boat (fits on the bow) and the Jeep.

Slowly but surely...

Operation Overwater Bound has begun ;-) Ordered a 32 gallon built-in fuel tank that should give me about 16 hours at cruising speed, fully loaded.

I'm seriously considering this 7'x16' pontoon boat... and using it as a camper on Overland trips to Lake destinations. Boat, motor, and trailer weigh only 2000 pounds, but have a 1400 pound cargo capacity. 40 HP Outboard will push it about 20 mph loaded.
